Ingredients:
- 250g Paneer (cubed)
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Sitavatika Sabzi Masala
- 1 tsp Sitavatika Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Sitavatika Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Sitavatika Kasuri Methi
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, Sitavatika Sabzi Masala, Garam Masala, Red Chili Powder, Kasuri Methi, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, and oil.
- Add the paneer cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or tandoor. Skewer the marinated paneer and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until evenly cooked.
- Serve hot with mint chutney.
