Paneer Tikka

Ingredients:

  • 250g Paneer (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Sitavatika Sabzi Masala
  • 1 tsp Sitavatika Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Sitavatika Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Sitavatika Kasuri Methi
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, Sitavatika Sabzi Masala, Garam Masala, Red Chili Powder, Kasuri Methi, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, and oil.
  2. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or tandoor. Skewer the marinated paneer and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until evenly cooked.
  4. Serve hot with mint chutney.
